$75 RETAINER DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON BOOKING FOR APPROVAL. Once sent, be sure to let Ibia know so that your appointment is approved and reserved ASAP.

    Returning clients:

    • $75 non-refundable retainer is required for all online bookings Venmo (@ibiamares)

    • Please send retainer with any random emoji(s). Click the “family and friends” option if/when prompted, to avoid a fee.

    • Once sent, be sure to send me a screenshot or just let me know it’s done.. This way your retainer is applied to your file for the appointment requested.

  • Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair! Avoid coming in with wet hair, or oil/product buildup. This is to give you the best results possible!

    RUNNING LATE?

    If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know by sending a DM. • After 10 minutes, there will be a late fee added to your total.• After 15 minutes, we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment, and you will be charged the full service missed.
